What condition does it need to be in?
New items must still be new. Pre-loved items must be in the same condition they left the store in.
A new game is missing pieces. What do I do?
For most tabletop games, we suggest contacting the publisher. Missing pieces inside new games will almost always be replaced by the publisher themselves.
